“I was super stoked to find that Collide Records had the Indie Exclusive Michael Kiwanuka- Small Changes available. From ordering to shipping, everything went flawlessly! I’d happily recommend anyone to shop at this record store. By the way, the record sounds amazing!”

“I first found Collide Records online looking for a particular album that they had in stock. Immediately after my first order I received a personalized thank you on a handwritten note inside the shipping container box that asked me to let them know if there's anything else they can do Turns out I ordered the wrong thing and they helped me quickly return and exchange it for what I wanted. What a great team! So much fun to work with and really makes it feel a lot different than just a typical online store for me.”

“Greg at Collide not only addressed my customer service needs promptly, he was friendly and did everything he could to make it an easy, stress-free experience. It is rare to come across such great service these days and I am very appreciative of this experience.
