“I was super stoked to find that Collide Records had the Indie Exclusive Michael Kiwanuka- Small Changes available. From ordering to shipping, everything went flawlessly! I’d happily recommend anyone to shop at this record store. By the way, the record sounds amazing!”

“I have nothing bad to say about this company, at all. THEY ARE THE BEST!! The first time I bought from them, I bought one cd and then realized I wanted another, so I ended up paying shipping twice. I quickly got a notification that they refunded me for the shipping and gave me store credit! My second purchase I bought 11 CDs, all at a great price. They sent everything quickly and even left a little thank you note. I WILL be ordering from Collide Records again.”

“Everytime i receive an album i purchased, i get a hand written letter thanking me and offering to get me whatever i need. It's personalized because it's worded differently everytime but the same signature. For someone who doesn't go out a lot and keeps to themselves this is a huge piece of compassion. I admire your customer service and making someone feel like they matter. Thank you.”
