“Had a product issue with a purchase and I reached out to the company and they did respond and offer a resolution for the issue which I appreciate, greatly. I have since ordered from them again and no repeat issues. I would definitely recommend them!”

“I preordered the a red copy of JBS mutiny after midnight. The day it was supposed to arrive from distributor their customer support emailed me letting me know they had not received in the red yet and offered me the option of a full refund; wait on red or accept a black in place and my name would still be reserved for red when it arrived. I chose to wait on the red as they were super prompt and kind in reaching out. It was worth the wait they kept me up to date on arrival and shipment of my red album. Cannot sing their praises enough. My experience with them was absolutely fantastic they made a life long customer out of me!”
