“I always have a great experience purchasing from here, especially with pre-orders. I accidentally ordered a regular release with a pre-order and they sent my regular release with an earlier pre-order I made. I really appreciate it!”

“Excellent customer service and response time. My record came within a week and after a mix up with the mailing address Greg was quick to correct the mistake. My record arrived promptly even with the address issue and in excellent condition.”

“When Brandi Carlile's own online company cancelled my signed cd order without notifying me, I searched for another provider to send me the cd. Google popped up with Collide as a choice, and I discovered the price was identical to Brandi's price. Collide sent me updates regularly on where my order was and when it would arrive. it actually arrived 2 days early. Thank you Collide Records!”

“Packaging is sufficient to protect CD. They allow you to buy records before they are released. My Ben Fuller CD came immediately after release. I love it, he is the best Christian singer out there lately.”

“I was looking for this vinyl and as I did a google search, this site popped up and I’ve never heard of it! I saw the preorder was available (sold out everywhere else) and immediately snatched it. As the day grew closer, Greg had sent me an email saying there was a delay in shipment, which most companies don’t even bother doing, and before I knew it, it was at my doorstep! He even wrote a nice little personal note on the invoice which I loved! Would definitely recommend this to others! Below are two short clips of the zoetrope in action!!”
