Initially the record that I received skipped multiple times on many different tracks. After explaining the problem to Collide they quickly found a replacement and shipped it to me. I didn't even have to wait for my bad record to make it back to them before they shipped the new one. Once it arrived the new record was great. The customer service was wonderful. Greg Bartels made me a believer.
