My package arrived amazingly packaged, not even a remote chance my CD could be damaged. Moreso, the personal handwritten note on my pack slip genuinely made me tear up. I know that's probably lame and this is probably standard but on the day my package arrived I really needed some kindness. It was small, but it was so needed.
Thank you Collide. I'll continue ordering in the future when you have releases I am looking for. I'm sure I could've saved $0.50 buying elsewhere but genuinely, I don't care. The personal touch will keep me returning.
