Customer service was really helpful with a slight hiccup in ordering (I forgot to enter a promo code - totally on me).
However vinyl arrived warped which, probably my own perfectionism, was a bit of a letdown. Part of my draw to vinyl is watching that smooth motion from across the room of the table turning my music with grace.
I know, it's probably nitpicky. Y'all should still grab something from the Collide catalog. It's a stellar collection!
