I was so impressed with Collide's online inventory, with a great selection of records from many diverse musical styles. I was delighted to find a rare Nickel Creek record that I'd been looking for over the last year. What differentiated the buying experience from other record shops was the level of personal service. I not only received a 'thank you' email from Greg after placing the order, but a hand-written thank you note as well, included in the package. I'll be back!
