I paid £140 for highlights but my experience at this salon in Liverpool City centre was so bad. The staff were rude beyond belief and I was treated appallingly. Absolutely no respect for customers. I wanted to leave the salon with my hair wet. I couldn't wait to leave. What a bunch of nasty, gossipy women. It's about the whole experience, not just about cutting hair and treating the customers like rubbish.
