first of all Val provides something we all remember but hardly get anymore; that is customer service. despite how busy she is she will contact a customer and take care of business. how many of you appreciate that? second her products are AWESOME. totally helped my skin and the fragrance is REAL and wonderful. best of all is she doesn't test any of it on animals or put in dangerous chemicals. clean and real things for me. considering what she has to do to produce these wonderful products; her prices are totally reasonable and fair. when she mails a product it is packed so not even the HULK could break it. AND if it ever did get broken she would replace it. has my business. end of story.
