I've been very impressed by the speed of the delivery and the quality of the envelopes. I initially ordered the wrong size and having contacted Colour Envelopes they agreed to a refund, however it would be great if I didn't have to pay for postage (i.e. if the returns process was automated and a postage label was issued by PDF as with larger companies). Many thanks for the quality goods!
