Disappointed to see that the envelopes were 13p on website but I was charged 14p per envelope on my invoice. Also disappointed that I ordered 25 envelopes but only received 24. It's a cost not worth following up but I won't be a returning customer. It's a shame because they are good envelopes and beautiful colours.
