Extremely pleased with the sofa covers - perfect fit and good quality. However had big problems with Fedex; failed to deliver on the delivery date given to me (or the next day) - I transferred the delivery to a local collection point but Fedex failed to provide a bar code or collection number until I chased them. On collection the package had been opened but nothing taken. Fedex are now asking me for an additional £21.46 to cover import tax and processing fee which I was not expecting.
