“I bought my first set of covers for my IKEA Mysing sofas in 2016 and they have worn very well with five cats in the house! Still love those covers in Nomad gray but wanted something new. Eco Twill Amber. Absolutely beautiful!”

“I received constant communication all along the way, updates, and received my slipcover for my Pottery Barn sofa within just two weeks! The slipcover is incredibly made and far surpasses the slipcover I originally received with my sofa upon purchase from Pottery Barn. I cannot recommend this company enough!”

“Melissa and the entire team (Rachel) did a great job throughout the process! Their courtesy, professionalism and on time delivery were outstanding. Not once during the lengthy process from initiation through production ( we had some unforeseen hiccups) did we ever feel left behind. They not only showed courtesy and understanding, but assuredly guided the way through a process they are very experienced in. The quality of product is exceptional. Not only the fabric, but the slippers were better quality and stronger than the original slip covers— without hesitation I will order and purchase again from Comfortworks!!”

“I made the mistake years ago of getting a white couch, and for the longest time I wished I could have it recovered—until I found Comfort Works. They truly made that possible, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Leigh, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their products. Our Pottery Barn sectional looks completely transformed—beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly durable. It honestly feels like we have a brand-new couch without the cost of replacing it. Highly recommend Comfort Works to anyone looking to give their furniture a fresh new life!”

“I have two very old Crate & Barrel sofas that were looking pretty shabby and cat-scratched but are still comfy so I ordered two new slipcovers from Comfort Works. It turned out that the model I ordered was incorrect - totally my own fault as they didn't have tags and I guessed the wrong one from the pictures - and the customer service was superb. I needed to have them custom made - they sent me wonderfully precise directions for me to measure the sofas - and I couldn't be more pleased. They were made and shipped promptly and they fit perfectly and look wonderful - better than they did when they were new. They also cost a fraction of what new sofas would cost to buy. The patience and helpfulness of their customer service representative - his name is Alvin - was unbelievable. VERY highly recommended!”

“Extremely Disappointing Experience My experience with Comfort Works has been terrible from start to finish. First, they advertise “free” fabric samples. That was not my experience. I had to pay for them. They also promote free shipping, yet I was charged a significant shipping fee even though my country is not listed as one requiring additional charges. The brand presents itself as Australian, but the products ship from China. That may not be an issue for some, but it certainly contradicts the impression created on their website. I placed my order a month ago. It was supposedly shipped 10 days ago, and I was given a tracking number from a shipping company that appears impossible to contact. The tracking information is unclear, and my package is nowhere to be found. I’ve reached out through their website contact form and received no response. I’ve also tried their live chat multiple times over several days, and no one has ever replied. At this point, the lack of transparency, communication, and accountability is extremely concerning. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering.”

“We had an old sofa that my wife Apple absolutely loved and we wanted to have it professionally covered. Comfort works did an unbelievable job helping to pick the ideal material for us and going back-and-forth over detailed measurements with a non-standard sofa and odd cushions with angles at the side and the entire sofa itself was angled. The price was superb. They delivered it right on time and I could not speak more highly of the staff. I worked with Mark and he was just excellent at helping us with the measurements and getting everything perfect it was all set up for Valentine’s Day and I really appreciate everything Comfort works did. It is absolutely a superb product. The cover was highly professionally made fit wonderfully and had excellent materials and workmanship. We greatly appreciate it.Look forward to many many years of use.”

“Excellent service and wonderful products. I have ordered and received 2 covers for my Ikea couches, 2 Ikea armchair covers and 2 ottoman covers and all are perfect. I am so happy that I am able to enjoy my furniture for more time--better than new! I will also be ordering a custom piece as my final purchase. Highly, highly recommend.”

“I am beyond impressed! The slipcovers arrived much faster than anticipated, and the quality is truly top-notch. Everything fit almost perfectly, which was a huge relief since I was nervous after having to redo some measurements due to my own mistakes. Even though the L-shaped cushion (part F) was a tiny bit off, it’s barely noticeable once tucked in. My room feels completely refreshed, and the customer service was fantastic throughout the process. I’m already eyeing my next color!”

“Customer Service is extraordinary! Beautiful packaging; personal emails to make sure they got the order right; a personal note addressed to customer in the package. Prompt service- 3 weeks to receive and at Christmas! And all the way to Canada from Australia. Excellent product. Lush, cat friendly velvet material. The cats claws can’t go through this material. Spillage seems to clean up well with no marking. Sewing and detail excellent. I am so pleased with this purchase. It makes my old IKEA high back chair look brand new! Their prices are very reasonable for this excellent quality. I really can’t say enough about this company. I have told all my friends.”

“I have had my Farlov IKEA Sofa for a few years, and was super disappointed that IKEA discontinued it just after I bought it. I am onmy second cover from Comfort Works and am thrilled. Such a great company to deal with. Good communication and stellar product. The newest cover I have is beautiful and makes my sofa look brand new and nicer than the original! I got the Mod Basket Weave in Oatmeal and it is stunning!”

“I ordered a slipcover from Comfort Works for my Rowe Sylvie sofa. The cover is AMAZING - I think I like it better than the original! The fit is perfect and the fabric is excellent quality. I have just received the slipcover and put it on my sofa so I can't speak to the durability yet - but I wanted to leave a review. I would not hesitate to purchase another one!”

“We recently ordered bean bag covers from Comfort Works and couldn’t be happier with the result. The covers look beautiful, significantly more elevated than the original Muji covers. Thr updated look now ties in perfectly with our existing CB sofa in our movie room, so the whole space feels cohesive and intentional rather than mixed-and-matched.
