The quality, material, and fit are superb! Only disappointment is the color. I ordered the textured weave dark denim. Knowing that denim is blue, and the photo looked blue; well it is really a dark green/blue. Unfortunately, it clashes with my decor so I have covered my sofa with a slip cover. Recommend ordering swatches if you have the time.

We're sorry to learn about the colour of the fabric not being quite as blue as you liked, Carol! Yes, we do recommend getting samples beforehand as the way the colours display on your device screens can vary a lot depending on the manufacturer of said screens. Good service, good delivery. But the product doesn't come with the appropriate holes in order to fix the sofa correctly. Truly annoying

Hi Lukas, sorry to hear about the holes not being present on the covers. In the product description, we mentioned that some incisions need to be cut to allow the bolts to go through (if needed), but we're still investigating ways to improve this. Our current workaround involves having a special request to sew the chaise and sofa covers together as a single-piece sofa cover. 私の選び方が良くなかったのかサイズが小さいものが届きました。丸いところはジャストサイズですが長さが足りませんでした。汚れ防止にはなりそうなのでそのまま使います。生地の質感もナイロンっぽい感じで安っぽかったです。金額がまあまあするのに残念でした。

First the positives. I ordered the Ekbol cushion covers in the ECO fabric. The fabric is very high quality, colour is a beautiful and they fit perfectly! Why 3 stars instead of 5...There is a design flaw that I find odd. On both cushions that face out of the sides of the couch the zipper is visible. I find this to be an unattractive look especially because the fabric is the amber colour and the zippers are white. The original covers that the couch came with did not have any visible zippers. This takes away from the overall clean lines in the couch. At the price I paid I expected to have the sleek look the couch already had but with a different fabric. I will likely have to hire a seamstress to change the zippers to match the fabric better and make them less visible.

La fundas encajan muy bien y son muy bonitas. Tuve un problema en aduanas y otro problema es que los brazos van unidos en el armazón grande y yo tengo un sofá de tres y el chaise long. Asi Que el chaise long se ha quedado sin brazo…

It's just ok. I think for other sofa styles these are probably great, but not for midcentury style structured sofa like mine (C&B Petrie) It is kind of clunky and ill fitting. There's huge piping on the arms (I did not know it would be there). Shipping was quick and the fabric is fine, but it still looks like an ill fitting sofa cover for a lot of $$$.

Arrived quickly. Well put together - attention to detail. I found it lighter fabric than expected and did not appear the same color as on the website. I ultimately wish I had cancelled the order in the 24 hour window but could find now way of doing that on the website (although it was mentioned in the confirmation). With the cost associated with the return I think I’ll live with the cover for now.

Hey Jesse! Bummed to hear that the fabric you got didn't quite meet your expectations. We do recommend our customers order some fabric samples first before buying the actual covers so that they can nip these types of colour and texture issues in the bud. Unfortunately, different devices and screens display colours differently, so having the physical fabric sample in person would be the best way to ensure what you see is what you would eventually get. I have an old "Maison du Monde" Bastide couch and I was really happy to find new covers for it. The delivery once on time with no extra cost and well packed. The color is perfect, with no trace of discoloration as I could read in some comments. BUT! this is not perfect. Here are the negative points: - The covers are slightly too big for the bottom but really too big for the small cushions. - Also, the velcro tape is sewed upside down. The scratch part should have been sewed directly on the fabric (as on the old cover) and not be the removable part as it is now, so I had to figure out how to fix the cover to the bottom. - The finishings of the model (Bastide) are not the same as on the orignal one, less details on the back/botton of the couch. - Finally, my cat scratched once (only once!) the fabric and we can already see his claws' traces on it. Ok, we didn't choose the specific fabric for claws but it was written for the one we choose that it is fine for animals as well. So ok I'm happy to have a new cover but the price is too high and I'm wondering if the quality will last on a long term use. I'm assuming that if I would have taken the most expensive fabric on the website, the quality would have been better but I didn't choose those because it was almost the full price of the couch when I bought it so ... it doesn't worth it. I wouldn't recommend those covers.

Consiglio di fre attenzione all'ordine se sbagliate modello o colore non c'è modo di cambiare. Non fanno cambi e non rimborsano. I prezzi sono assurdamente alti, tanto vale comprare un divano nuovo. La qualità è media nulla di eccezionale

The overall fit and feel of the couch cover is excellent and I would give five stars for this. I also purchased the tech package with the wireless charger and I am highly disappointed with both the function and look of the wireless charging feature. It is nearly impossible to properly align the phone to be charged and the pocket it sits in is stretched out / frayed and an eye sore, I wish I would have ordered the regular cover instead as all other features are top notch.

I am happy with quality of sofa covers but I think the sofa covers are too expensive for what they are. All the emails to the company were prompt and courteous. I would recommend the sofa covers but only if the were a lot cheaper Eileen B (Wexford)

Slip covers were ordered at the end of May, and came on July 12th. Neatly packaged, and safe for shipping. I'm in BC Canada. Communication was great! However the slip covers just don't fit well. The base couch cover was so tight that when I finally was able to pull them over each front corner ripped. They apologized and attempted to rectify, however suggesting to take my cover off (so difficult to get on in the first place) to take to have repaired, in my opinion to just happen again (base is too small, and way too tight to fit around the main part of the couch) is just not worth my effort. $75US won't cover the entire repair anyway. The design needs to be a little more generous in that area for the ability to get around the body of the couch (hidden elastic maybe) anyway I'm "forfitting" my fit guarantee because I don't want to take the cover in for the 2 corners to be repaired when it's just not big enough to get around the couch body. The cushion covers will be better when they are worn in but they are very boxy and structured and show that they are new. Overall "good" experience from customer service but for the nearly $1000 CAD I spent, I don't think I would order from here again. I would spend the money local to get them done specifically for my generic Ikea couch. Definitely disappointed with how they decided to end our interaction, even with proof of the ripped corners.

Good material but very very very disappointed by mistake I order the wrong covers,I want to surprise me husband with the covers I didn’t tell,and I did not have anybody to help me with the measurements, and now I found out that the exchange or return policy is no longer active,I don’t get this guarantee, the price maybe it ok for some people for me I work two weeks just to afford this covers which now I cannot use.

I *almost* love everything about this cover. The fit and quality of the cover is fantastic to say the least and the velvet is unbelievably soft. I cannot stop petting my couch. BUT, I trusted the site's pics of colours too much. The 'storm grey' velvet is *several* shades lighter than the website suggests and is a light grandma-ish blue-grey instead of the rich charcoal I was expecting. I actually chose this one over the claw proof medium grey because I thought this one was darker. I am really sad about the colour as it doesn't have the same presence in the room. I would 100% advise anyone else considering ComfortWorks to order samples. I promise your couch makeover will be better than you expect, but do not trust the site's visuals for colours, unfortunately.

I had an old slip for my Ikea couch that I loved, I just wanted to get a new color based an a new room the couch was going into. The company I had purchased my first slip did not have the color I was looking for so I decided to try Comfortworks. Comfortworks was much more expensive but came with a wider variety of colors and fabrics. I was hoping the price would be worth it. Regarding delivery, the estimated delivery time was 5-6 weeks. Processing alone took 6 weeks, but once shipped the slip arrived quickly. Throughout the 6 weeks, customer service was very responsive and followed up. As for the slip itself, I am less than satisfied. First the good things: the product is well made, strong stitching, high quality fabric, beautiful color. Less than good things: the fabric is rougher that I expected. Not good things: the slip does not fit well. On the back cushion the slip is too big and is baggy on one side. The main couch slip was difficult to get on. My previous one had a zipper which opened it up and made it a dream to slip on. The slip is baggy in some places, too tight in others, and the seams right in the front are not where they should be. It’s not an adjustment issue besucase I cannot adjust it anymore due to the snug fit on the back upper lip of the couch. Overall for the price, I am a little disappointed.

I am torn about this review, as I am happy with the product. It looks good and was less than half the cost of the estimate I received from the chair manufacturer. However it took 6 MONTHS to receive it from the time I paid for it and required many follow up emails to get it.

It’s ok. Cheap materials, weird plastic feel, and doesn’t fit the whole Kivik arm, but it’s something. Ultimately, that’s better than nothing.

We took a look at your order and it seems you've purchased a set of armrest protectors, which are made to slip on and off easily, so they are intended to only cover part of the armrest instead of the whole arm. As for the fabric, we're sorry that it didn't meet your expectations when you got the covers, but we do recommend all our customers to order some fabric samples first before deciding on the fabric for their covers. We do have quite a lot to choose from, including velvets and our thicker Madison cotton range, so one of them might have been better suited for your needs. -Melvyn from Comfort Works-
