“We are so pleased with our slipcovers! We had an older but very comfortable and well made sofa that we didn't want to part with. We worked with Alvin to provide measurements and photos for the seamstress. ComfortWorks did a fantastic job from start to finish. They provided nice sized fabric samples and the customer service with this process was incredible. The fabric is wonderful and the covers are well constructed and fit beautifully. It looks like we have a new sofa.”

“This is the worst customer service I have ever received. The almost $1400 slip covers were excessively large. The company had me jump through hoops with respect to measurements, etc. even though my particular couch was listed on their website as something that they were able to make appropriate slip covers for. I will never go near them again. -Really disappointing.”

Hi Joan, We're sorry to hear you feel this way. Our team has gone through the troubleshooting steps with you so we can get the best possible fit for your covers. Usually, these steps result in us issuing you a set of replacement covers. As we have explained, it looks like your sofa may be a variant which explains the differences in fit. We're disappointed that we weren't able to bring this to a resolution together. That said, we are still open to working with you on a replacement cover, if you'd like to revisit this. “I ordered Comfort Works signature velvet covers in eucalyptus for my IKEA SÖDERHAMN sofa, hoping for a durable and stylish upgrade. While the color was beautiful, the fit was off and the material felt surprisingly thin—especially for the price, which was more than the cost of the sofa itself. I chose the scratch-resistant signature velvet specifically because I have cats, but within weeks, they had already torn it up. It feels more like a soft slipcover than a truly durable fabric, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the description. Customer service was also disappointing. When I reached out, I felt like they assumed I was at fault rather than trying to understand my concerns. I get that they’re running a business, but for a premium product, I expected a more accommodating and respectful approach. I like the flexibility of replacing sofa covers as a pet owner, but I wouldn’t recommend these based on my experience. The quality and support just didn’t match the price tag.”

“I found Comfort Works via Instagram and was skeptical. I reached out and they answered questions quickly and clearly. The sent out samples timely and they were high quality. The hardest decision was paying up front for a custom job. Well it turned out that they helped me measure so accurately that the covers fits like a glove and are perfect. Very impressed with service, quality and delivery timing. They beat my expectations on getting me the covers. Very Pleased.”

“I could not be happier with my custom sofa cover! I thought my sofa was well made but the cover’s quality makes it look like garbage in comparison. The fabric is incredible, so soft but still feels very sturdy, and the zipper for the cushions is very heavy duty. When I had friends over they thought I bought a new sofa and were shocked to learn it was a cover. The fit is incredible, the seams all lay exactly where they’re supposed to, all thanks to the incredible Comfort Works team. I had an amazing employee at Comfort Works who very patiently answered my questions and expertly guided me through the process. They sent me a template to fill out the measurements and gave very clear instructions on how to do it. They also reached out to me and clarified certain measurements to ensure that perfect fit! I’m so pleased with my sofa and now I want to buy one in every colour!”

“Unfortunately I have been very disappointed with Comfort Works. I ordered covers for a Crate and Barrel Lounge II (2 piece sofa with a chaise on one end). The cover for the chaise side fit perfectly, the cover for the cushions on the sofa side fit perfectly; the cover for the sofa on the sofa side was about 10 inches too long and they are offering a 50% credit in their store due to the wrong measurement saying I made an 'honest mistake' and ordered the wrong cover (if so ... why do the cushions for the sofa side fit perfectly ... if I ordered the wrong one wouldn't the covers for the cushions match to fit the sofa base?)”

“Did not have the proper measurements for a sofa they list they are able to make a cover for. When the cover was delivered, and I informed customer service that cover did not fit properly, I am being offered half credit in store to apply towards them, making a custom cover for me. I do not think this is acceptable as they list they are able to make a cover for this type of sofa but apparently did not have the proper dimensions that I confirmed with the manufacturer or the listed dimensions for the sofa”

“Ohne Worte 😉 passt perfekt, Stoff sehr Wertigkeit und eines Sofas würdig! Habe mich trotz Katzen für Velvet entschieden, da man die Katzenhaare besser entfernen kann als zB von Cotton oder Wolle. Der Preis ist der Hammer ~170,-. Jahrelang bei Mitbewerb um ~ 520,- Panamacotton, bestellt. Werde sicher einen zweiten Satz bestellen. Polsterüberzüge waren nicht dabei, hatte ich schon. Kaufempfehlung. Besonders gut ist die perfekte Passform und der Zippverschluss, der von zwei Seiten geführt werden kann und ordentliche Stärke hat.”

“My original order did not fit as expected, so I contacted comfort works. The customer service department was excellent. Alvin was very helpful, got back to me right away, and made sure I had the covers that fit my sofa perfectly. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent, and I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service.”

“Absolutely great to work with from beginning to end and I am so in love with my couch cover. The quality is 10/10 and I’m so impressed with how well it fits my west elm Andes couch. I worked with Michelle who was so easy to work with and super responsive. I would send her random photos of what I wanted and she nailed it in every way. I got the care+ linen in cream with plain seams and pleated corner skirt. Once I placed the order, it only took 1.5 weeks to arrive at my doorstep. I have nothing but high regards for Comfort Works!”

“I’m so happy with the sofa cover and with the incredible customer service. The quality of the fabric and construction is amazing, it’s soft and sturdy, a huge upgrade to my worn out sofa. It fits perfectly and was simple to put on. I have two kids and two dogs and I can tell the fabric is going to hold up well to messes and accidents. We’ve already had a couple minor spills I was able to clean off using just a baby wipe. I appreciate the partial skirt too, as it hides all the toys and games we store under the couch. The customer service was great, Alvin answered any and all my questions promptly and even reached out, unprompted, to update me on shipping. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.”

“This review is long overdue as I’ve had my slipcovers for almost two years! But I was just appreciating how much I love them and how great they look and how well they have washed. I had two custom covers made - for a chair and loveseat and the lovely people at comfort works were so helpful and patient while I took forever to measure and get them ordered. I picked the basic every day fabric and it’s perfect, it seems to repel stains, is so soft and comfortable and looks great. The cost of these covers is almost unbelievable for the value, I feel like I won the lottery! I highly recommend this company and look forward to buying more slipcovers from them in the future.”

“Bought two pair of recliner arm covers in charcoal fabric. Fit is quite good, colour not too bad. Customer service was excellent. Did have to pay duty on product coming to Canada.”

“This company is terrific! We receive our order and the cover was a few inches short on the skirting, I reached out to see if they could send some extra material so we could see it in but instead, they request the exact measurements and sent us a custom sewn base cover. I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service I received and will 100% order again when needed.”
