“Did not have the proper measurements for a sofa they list they are able to make a cover for. When the cover was delivered, and I informed customer service that cover did not fit properly, I am being offered half credit in store to apply towards them, making a custom cover for me. I do not think this is acceptable as they list they are able to make a cover for this type of sofa but apparently did not have the proper dimensions that I confirmed with the manufacturer or the listed dimensions for the sofa”

“Ohne Worte 😉 passt perfekt, Stoff sehr Wertigkeit und eines Sofas würdig! Habe mich trotz Katzen für Velvet entschieden, da man die Katzenhaare besser entfernen kann als zB von Cotton oder Wolle. Der Preis ist der Hammer ~170,-. Jahrelang bei Mitbewerb um ~ 520,- Panamacotton, bestellt. Werde sicher einen zweiten Satz bestellen. Polsterüberzüge waren nicht dabei, hatte ich schon. Kaufempfehlung. Besonders gut ist die perfekte Passform und der Zippverschluss, der von zwei Seiten geführt werden kann und ordentliche Stärke hat.”

“My original order did not fit as expected, so I contacted comfort works. The customer service department was excellent. Alvin was very helpful, got back to me right away, and made sure I had the covers that fit my sofa perfectly. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent, and I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service.”

“Absolutely great to work with from beginning to end and I am so in love with my couch cover. The quality is 10/10 and I’m so impressed with how well it fits my west elm Andes couch. I worked with Michelle who was so easy to work with and super responsive. I would send her random photos of what I wanted and she nailed it in every way. I got the care+ linen in cream with plain seams and pleated corner skirt. Once I placed the order, it only took 1.5 weeks to arrive at my doorstep. I have nothing but high regards for Comfort Works!”

“I’m so happy with the sofa cover and with the incredible customer service. The quality of the fabric and construction is amazing, it’s soft and sturdy, a huge upgrade to my worn out sofa. It fits perfectly and was simple to put on. I have two kids and two dogs and I can tell the fabric is going to hold up well to messes and accidents. We’ve already had a couple minor spills I was able to clean off using just a baby wipe. I appreciate the partial skirt too, as it hides all the toys and games we store under the couch. The customer service was great, Alvin answered any and all my questions promptly and even reached out, unprompted, to update me on shipping. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.”

“This review is long overdue as I’ve had my slipcovers for almost two years! But I was just appreciating how much I love them and how great they look and how well they have washed. I had two custom covers made - for a chair and loveseat and the lovely people at comfort works were so helpful and patient while I took forever to measure and get them ordered. I picked the basic every day fabric and it’s perfect, it seems to repel stains, is so soft and comfortable and looks great. The cost of these covers is almost unbelievable for the value, I feel like I won the lottery! I highly recommend this company and look forward to buying more slipcovers from them in the future.”

“Bought two pair of recliner arm covers in charcoal fabric. Fit is quite good, colour not too bad. Customer service was excellent. Did have to pay duty on product coming to Canada.”

“This company is terrific! We receive our order and the cover was a few inches short on the skirting, I reached out to see if they could send some extra material so we could see it in but instead, they request the exact measurements and sent us a custom sewn base cover. I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service I received and will 100% order again when needed.”

“Buyer beware! Ordered the make and model shown on their website and what they sent doesn't come close to fitting. They refuse to remake without me paying 50% more (do they they think I am a fool!) and they will not provide a refund. Also, 4,675 reviews on this site. That seems like a scam in itself. Comfort works bill themselves as a small company. Small companies selling a niche product don't get 4,675 reviews.”

“I purchased a textured Weave Storm Sofa Cover for an Ikea Nockeby sofa and I’m very satisfied with this purchase. Workmanship and fit are very good, and the color and fabric texture are as expected. Installation was easy, thanks to the installation pictogram knitted on some of the covers. The design is good with attention to small details that makes the difference. I recommend.”

“I spent $1000 of slip cover for our couch. Apparently UPS delivered it to our address without requiring a signature but we don’t have it. When I told Comfort Works about it, they keep pushing me to work with UPS to file an investigation. I contacted UPS numerous times but they said there is already a claim filed by a shipper and I don’t have a right to access any info and need to work with shipper. Relaying this info to Comfort Works, they told me, until I give them a claim ID, they have no liability for replacement. I think this is a scam company. Stay away. You can never talk to any person on the phone because they claim they have head quarters in Australia and China.”

“Slipcover arrived promptly and fits like a glove. Friends are surprised it's a slipcover. After a lot of trial and error, we figured out how to put it on. (We couldnt find any guidance at the time. But we learned that the strong construction holds up to lots of pulling and tugging!) Alas, we couldn't tell from the sample that the color "sand" is a very greyish beige, clashing with our area rug and wall color. I've tried decorating around it, but now, 8 months out, I'll be ordering a new cover and putting our LR back the way it was!”
