“The cover is high qualiity, fits like a glove, and just as described. The customer service was fantastic. All my questions were answered quickly and help with shipping to a rural area was appreciated. My old Ikea couch lives on and looks brand new. My expectatations were exceeded and I would order this product again. Thank you!”

“Michelle and the team were very helpful managing through a new order. After a family decision that our first order was “too shiny” we decided on a second cover and received it promptly at a significant discount. Everyone is happy with the new cover! “Slipcovers are great quality. I ordered one custom order and another standard to fit my Pottery Barn York Slope Arm sofa. Both fit well, although I would say the custome made one fits a little better. Overall good & I will be ordering from them again.”

“I can’t say enough about Comfort Works. I ordered a slip cover from them and it turned out to be the wrong size. It was my fault. They worked with me and I received the right one as they worked with me. I am very satisfied with the quality of the fabric and the workmanship. It is beautiful and I feel like I have a new couch. I would not hesitate to order another quality slip cover from Comfort Works.”

“I bought some Norsborg covers (Three-seat Section + two-seat Section + Corner Section + two Armrests) and received them despite some custom duties complications due mainly to the custom itself, I guess. The Customer Service (which \i contacted through email) was really helpful and managed to resolve and settle everything. I had no charges (everything was included to Portugal, being a EU member), despite what the custom services were trying to make me believe... I just finished mounting the covers on the sofas and they are great. Optimal level of detail, fantastic quality end fit. I+m really happy about it. And the discount codes I applied worked (unlike other companies who announce them but then don't really apply them to your orders in particular...). So, I'm really happy with my purchase. It's like I have a whole new corner family sofa.”

“I was hesitant that there custom cover would fit, but they really worked hard to make sure the measurements were exact. The cover defied our expectations. It looks like a new couch (but now catproof) for much less money.”
