“Ohne Worte 😉 passt perfekt, Stoff sehr Wertigkeit und eines Sofas würdig! Habe mich trotz Katzen für Velvet entschieden, da man die Katzenhaare besser entfernen kann als zB von Cotton oder Wolle. Der Preis ist der Hammer ~170,-. Jahrelang bei Mitbewerb um ~ 520,- Panamacotton, bestellt. Werde sicher einen zweiten Satz bestellen. Polsterüberzüge waren nicht dabei, hatte ich schon. Kaufempfehlung. Besonders gut ist die perfekte Passform und der Zippverschluss, der von zwei Seiten geführt werden kann und ordentliche Stärke hat.”

“My original order did not fit as expected, so I contacted comfort works. The customer service department was excellent. Alvin was very helpful, got back to me right away, and made sure I had the covers that fit my sofa perfectly. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent, and I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service.”

“Absolutely great to work with from beginning to end and I am so in love with my couch cover. The quality is 10/10 and I’m so impressed with how well it fits my west elm Andes couch. I worked with Michelle who was so easy to work with and super responsive. I would send her random photos of what I wanted and she nailed it in every way. I got the care+ linen in cream with plain seams and pleated corner skirt. Once I placed the order, it only took 1.5 weeks to arrive at my doorstep. I have nothing but high regards for Comfort Works!”

“I’m so happy with the sofa cover and with the incredible customer service. The quality of the fabric and construction is amazing, it’s soft and sturdy, a huge upgrade to my worn out sofa. It fits perfectly and was simple to put on. I have two kids and two dogs and I can tell the fabric is going to hold up well to messes and accidents. We’ve already had a couple minor spills I was able to clean off using just a baby wipe. I appreciate the partial skirt too, as it hides all the toys and games we store under the couch. The customer service was great, Alvin answered any and all my questions promptly and even reached out, unprompted, to update me on shipping. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.”

“This review is long overdue as I’ve had my slipcovers for almost two years! But I was just appreciating how much I love them and how great they look and how well they have washed. I had two custom covers made - for a chair and loveseat and the lovely people at comfort works were so helpful and patient while I took forever to measure and get them ordered. I picked the basic every day fabric and it’s perfect, it seems to repel stains, is so soft and comfortable and looks great. The cost of these covers is almost unbelievable for the value, I feel like I won the lottery! I highly recommend this company and look forward to buying more slipcovers from them in the future.”

“Bought two pair of recliner arm covers in charcoal fabric. Fit is quite good, colour not too bad. Customer service was excellent. Did have to pay duty on product coming to Canada.”

“This company is terrific! We receive our order and the cover was a few inches short on the skirting, I reached out to see if they could send some extra material so we could see it in but instead, they request the exact measurements and sent us a custom sewn base cover. I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service I received and will 100% order again when needed.”

“After quite a bit of back and forth communications to make sure that my measurements were done correctly, the slip covers were fabricated. They fit nicely and look very good. We are very happy with Comfort Works!”

“Buyer beware! Ordered the make and model shown on their website and what they sent doesn't come close to fitting. They refuse to remake without me paying 50% more (do they they think I am a fool!) and they will not provide a refund. Also, 4,675 reviews on this site. That seems like a scam in itself. Comfort works bill themselves as a small company. Small companies selling a niche product don't get 4,675 reviews.”

“I purchased a textured Weave Storm Sofa Cover for an Ikea Nockeby sofa and I’m very satisfied with this purchase. Workmanship and fit are very good, and the color and fabric texture are as expected. Installation was easy, thanks to the installation pictogram knitted on some of the covers. The design is good with attention to small details that makes the difference. I recommend.”

“I spent $1000 of slip cover for our couch. Apparently UPS delivered it to our address without requiring a signature but we don’t have it. When I told Comfort Works about it, they keep pushing me to work with UPS to file an investigation. I contacted UPS numerous times but they said there is already a claim filed by a shipper and I don’t have a right to access any info and need to work with shipper. Relaying this info to Comfort Works, they told me, until I give them a claim ID, they have no liability for replacement. I think this is a scam company. Stay away. You can never talk to any person on the phone because they claim they have head quarters in Australia and China.”

“Slipcover arrived promptly and fits like a glove. Friends are surprised it's a slipcover. After a lot of trial and error, we figured out how to put it on. (We couldnt find any guidance at the time. But we learned that the strong construction holds up to lots of pulling and tugging!) Alas, we couldn't tell from the sample that the color "sand" is a very greyish beige, clashing with our area rug and wall color. I've tried decorating around it, but now, 8 months out, I'll be ordering a new cover and putting our LR back the way it was!”

“If you’ve read my initial review below you will see I have tears in my cover after 6 months. The reply from customer service has been to grill me on what detergent I use, how I dry my covers etc…when those turned out to be legit responses I was told exactly what type of laundry detergent I should be using just plain tide or arm & hammer, no oxy or anything else. I wash my linen bed sheets & all laundry in same stuff & they don’t fall apart. I was told comfort works discontinued the canvas fabric I purchased so the best they could offer was 15% off a new & different material. Mind you mine was only purchased 6 months ago. A follow up agent after my having to send another complaint told me that he could offer a new cushion cover for the one that had a wearing tear & a full blown tear but it would be unmatched to the rest since mine was discontinued. Really? I only saw the tears when I took a sheet off to wash my covers for company. After spending $600 on a sofa & ottoman cover from them? I was also offered 20% off an entire new set. I’m sorry comfort works but this is 2024. I cannot afford to put more money on something you can’t even back up in the first place. Then I was told that if it were the fault of the fabric performance (it is!) there should be wearing in other places also. Now I’m being interrogated as to how my family uses my furniture that I keep a sheet thrown over anyway on the daily to keep from having to take everything off all of the time since that is a pain. Im also being told that the canvas I purchased wasn’t performance & not stain resistant. Please tell me comfort works, when do you stop blaming the customer & just stand by the product warranty if ever? If you’re reading these reviews like I did & see they’re mostly positive, don’t be fooled. Run for your life & just buy the PB cover or ikea. You’re not seeing the whole story. Although it’s more money, you get what you pay for. My original PB cover is back on and btw still in good shape after 10 years. All I wanted was to get a new look on my couch. Now I have a piece of trash that wasn’t made to actually be used according to customer service responses for $600 6 MONTHS later! I won’t accept anything less than a full replacement. It’s too bad your company discontinued what I purchased however, this should not be at my expense & my warranty is valid.”

Hey Elizabeth, I’m really sorry the covers didn’t hold up like you expected, and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us again. When we asked about the care process, it was just to figure out what might’ve caused the damage. Based on what you shared, we found at least one of the cleaning products contained a bleaching agent, OxiClean, which isn’t recommended for the Cotton Canvas fabric you chose. That’s why we couldn’t link the issue to regular use, and it wasn’t something we could cover under the warranty. I know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, especially after buying the covers so recently. After looking into it, I really believe the solution we discussed over email is the best way forward, given the situation with the fabric. “Initially this slipcover for my PB sofa appeared to be good. 6 months later however, a hole has worn in the seat cushion & stains are impossible to remove. I’m so disappointed this cost me $600. Had I known it would only last 6 months I’d have just purchased the higher quality from PB, or replaced with an ikea slipcover sofa since theirs are excellent quality heavy slip covers. Don’t waste your money! It looks like garbage & I have to keep covered with a sheet all the time.”

Hi Elizabeth! Sorry to hear about the covers being torn. It's really not typical for it to tear so easily under normal conditions since this fabric is covered under a 1-year warranty. I see that you've already reached out to our customer support team about this issue (thanks by the way!), we'll work with you to get to the bottom of this and issue a replacement if needed. “I was extremely nervous about buying from a place across the country. I have held onto the fabric swatches for about two years, and I finally took the plunge! Reading everyone else’s good reviews gave me the comfort as well as the 60 day Guarantee. My Pottery Barn comfort roll sectional is literally brand new with my the new covers. PB no longer made the cover for the armless chair. And pricing out the new cover was the price of a brand new sectional. Comfort works have Exceeded my expectations and I am extremely happy thus far. Just got them yesterday, still need to wash and iron them. I will order from comfort worlds again. They customer service rep Simon helped comfort me as well, with the prompt email responses to my uncertainty and questions.”
