I’m so happy with the sofa cover and with the incredible customer service. The quality of the fabric and construction is amazing, it’s soft and sturdy, a huge upgrade to my worn out sofa. It fits perfectly and was simple to put on. I have two kids and two dogs and I can tell the fabric is going to hold up well to messes and accidents. We’ve already had a couple minor spills I was able to clean off using just a baby wipe. I appreciate the partial skirt too, as it hides all the toys and games we store under the couch. The customer service was great, Alvin answered any and all my questions promptly and even reached out, unprompted, to update me on shipping. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
