Did not have the proper measurements for a sofa they list they are able to make a cover for. When the cover was delivered, and I informed customer service that cover did not fit properly, I am being offered half credit in store to apply towards them, making a custom cover for me. I do not think this is acceptable as they list they are able to make a cover for this type of sofa but apparently did not have the proper dimensions that I confirmed with the manufacturer or the listed dimensions for the sofa
