My original order did not fit as expected, so I contacted comfort works. The customer service department was excellent. Alvin was very helpful, got back to me right away, and made sure I had the covers that fit my sofa perfectly. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent, and I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service.
