This is the worst customer service I have ever received. The almost $1400 slip covers were excessively large. The company had me jump through hoops with respect to measurements, etc. even though my particular couch was listed on their website as something that they were able to make appropriate slip covers for. I will never go near them again. -Really disappointing.
