Unfortunately I have been very disappointed with Comfort Works. I ordered covers for a Crate and Barrel Lounge II (2 piece sofa with a chaise on one end). The cover for the chaise side fit perfectly, the cover for the cushions on the sofa side fit perfectly; the cover for the sofa on the sofa side was about 10 inches too long and they are offering a 50% credit in their store due to the wrong measurement saying I made an 'honest mistake' and ordered the wrong cover (if so ... why do the cushions for the sofa side fit perfectly ... if I ordered the wrong one wouldn't the covers for the cushions match to fit the sofa base?)
