“Initially this slipcover for my PB sofa appeared to be good. 6 months later however, a hole has worn in the seat cushion & stains are impossible to remove. I’m so disappointed this cost me $600. Had I known it would only last 6 months I’d have just purchased the higher quality from PB, or replaced with an ikea slipcover sofa since theirs are excellent quality heavy slip covers. Don’t waste your money! It looks like garbage & I have to keep covered with a sheet all the time.”

Hi Elizabeth! Sorry to hear about the covers being torn. It's really not typical for it to tear so easily under normal conditions since this fabric is covered under a 1-year warranty. I see that you've already reached out to our customer support team about this issue (thanks by the way!), we'll work with you to get to the bottom of this and issue a replacement if needed. “I was extremely nervous about buying from a place across the country. I have held onto the fabric swatches for about two years, and I finally took the plunge! Reading everyone else’s good reviews gave me the comfort as well as the 60 day Guarantee. My Pottery Barn comfort roll sectional is literally brand new with my the new covers. PB no longer made the cover for the armless chair. And pricing out the new cover was the price of a brand new sectional. Comfort works have Exceeded my expectations and I am extremely happy thus far. Just got them yesterday, still need to wash and iron them. I will order from comfort worlds again. They customer service rep Simon helped comfort me as well, with the prompt email responses to my uncertainty and questions.”

“I took a chance and purchased two covers for my Arhaus sofa, based on high ratings from previous customers. I’m so glad I did! These covers are so beautiful, exquisitely sewn, better fitting and more tailored than the original cover that came with the sofa. The price was reasonable and they were sewn and shipped in about two weeks. I couldn’t be more pleased with these! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended!”

“Comfort Works is not a legitimate company. I placed an order at 6 PM on July 29 and canceled it by 7 AM July 30 because I changed my mind. I ordered a standard loveseat cover order, NOT a custom-made order so they could easily sell it again even if production started (this is their excuse). The company charged me $500.00 right away and said the cover would arrive 2 weeks later. They sent me an e-mail on July 31st at 1:30 AM (18 hours AFTER I asked to cancel the order) that the order was processed and in production. This is not a simple fee...it is $175 they are trying to steal!”

I’m sorry to hear you weren’t able to get a full refund. Unfortunately, by the time we got your cancellation request, your covers had already gone into production, which is why there’s a restocking fee (as mentioned in our store policy). I hope this clears things up a bit! Melvyn@ComfortWorks

“I am so happy with my Pottery Barn York sofa cover!! It is perfect. Fabric is textured weave sand, it fits better than the original. Mark was awesome helping me with the custom pleated skirt, the craftsman ship is amazing! The White picture is before, what an improvement ❤”

“I do not write reviews but I was impressed with the quality and customer service. So ordered a second set for the Ektorpe sofa in white daily cotton since white was discontinued by Ikea. Extremely satisfied with the quality, pre-shrunk so it does not shrink like the original sofa cover which required so much strength to fit onto the sofa! I have thrown out 2 sets of the original. Highly recommended!”

“One year with our new kitty and I was almost ready to throw out our linen Restoration Hardware sectional. I am so grateful I found Comfort Works. What an amazing company to work with! Omar especially was delightful, so kind, professional and patient. My slipcover has made my couch look brand new again and our kitty doesn’t want to scratch the Signature Velvet. Five stars for the design, quality workmanship and beautiful fabric. Even more stars for the superior customer service I received from Comfort Works and Omar.”

“I ordered custom size slipcovers for my 6 dining chairs. I'm delighted with the results. The fabric was Textured Weave "Sunset". The workmanship is excellent. They were responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with, even though there was a time zone difference. The whole process was smooth and the price quite reasonable. I don't seem to be able to upload the photo, the slipcovers look very attractive.”

“Yes, thank you I finally received my sofa cover. Unfortunately I will have to wait to see how it looks, as I am away from home until September. I had hoped to receive the cover much earlier but it didn’t happen, this time it took forever. So, I look forward to putting it on in the Fall. If it’s like my first one it will look great. “In addition to being darn good at making slipcovers, their customer service was kind, patient, and walked me through the process to get a custom fit slipcover. It’s almost sorcery what they can do with measurements and pictures (something only needed if you have an out of the ordinary couch like we do). Four star fit, 5 million star service. Soft, beautiful fabric at an incredibly reasonable price.”

“The custom cover fits perfect! I am more than happy, actually overjoyed. I ordered a custom made Boxed Seat Snug Fit Round Armchair Slipcover - boxed seat cushion fixed and not loose. Difficult one. I’ve had the armchair for many years, so comfortable, firm upholstery, but the cover was completely outdated and worn out. Could not bear to throw it out - also fed up with the look of my livingroom. Furthermore, I had too many different seats and sofas with different covers. And I wanted to eliminate creating waste. Comfort works covers were my solution. With my cat, I decided for a light modern taupe color: paw-proof velvet cream: Great quality. Simon was fast, very helpful and super professional with his directives on how I need to measure. Other IKEA seats of course were perfect. Goes without saying. 100% recommended!”
