I spent $1000 of slip cover for our couch. Apparently UPS delivered it to our address without requiring a signature but we don’t have it. When I told Comfort Works about it, they keep pushing me to work with UPS to file an investigation. I contacted UPS numerous times but they said there is already a claim filed by a shipper and I don’t have a right to access any info and need to work with shipper. Relaying this info to Comfort Works, they told me, until I give them a claim ID, they have no liability for replacement. I think this is a scam company. Stay away. You can never talk to any person on the phone because they claim they have head quarters in Australia and China.
