“Hello I have a complaint. I have ordered the cover for my Ikea leather sofa and EXTRA the cover chosen especially for Leader sofas and the one below does NOT hang, so it should look like the ORIGINAL. But I was sent a cover to HANG! the SIGNATURE version. I paid over 400 EURO for it! And customs duty on top of that! I want to receive the CORRECT cover. As I ordered and paid for it. Or my money back.”

Hi Cristina. I’m really sorry to hear that the covers for your IKEA Kramfors sofa weren’t quite what you were expecting. Based on your order history, we noticed that you got the Original style Kramfors covers from us. We’ve designed them (the Original style) as a short-skirted cover (sofa legs showing) so you don’t need to take apart the lower metallic frame on the sofa to fit or remove them— which makes it a lot easier to remove the covers for washing. We intended for this design to make things simpler and hassle-free, but I can see how it might not be everyone’s cup of tea. Our covers are a bit different from IKEA’s originals because they aren’t affiliated with IKEA. This means we bring our own spin to the designs. I understand this might not be what you were looking for, and we're here to help sort this out with you. “Comfort works is better than I expected. The performance canvas slip cover for my Pottery Barn sofa is lovely and feels durable, which is good for the dog and kiddo. It slipped on very easily. Very happy with the purchase!”

“I am so happy to have found Comfort Works! Ikea no longer makes the chair I have so I couldn't get a new cover from there. Comfort Works made it so easy - they sent me 8 sample fabrics for free and I had a new cover within a couple weeks.”

“Very good service. I ordered an armchair cover first and wasn't sure if the also ordered sofa covers would really match (fabric was slightly different compared to digital preview). They sent me the fabric models for free very quickly, so I could make a new choice. Great! I like the texture and colour very much (Textured Weave Sand), though it is a bit darker than experienced. Fit is alright, it seems to have some more fabric than needed at some parts and a bit too less at others. Might also be due to the somewhat misshaped figure of my Ikea Lycksele sofa. All in all - highly recommendable.”

“The addition of a dog and 2 cats meant that our couch was gonna take a beating. Unfortunately the original Article woven fabric did not fare well to puppy/kitten paws. I had been eyeing these sofa covers for a few years, but had been skeptical about how well they would fit our Ceni Sofa. I ordered a few swatches (ok all of them) and decided on this grey green velvet. They fit PERFECTLY and the color was on point. It honestly feels/looks so new and refreshed. As someone who had to inspect quality as a profession, I can honestly say that I was impressed at the fit, workmanship, and attention to detail. Someone took care to work out the patterns and fit for this couch and it shows! We felt like it was worth the money for the transformation and it’s already paying off. My dog and both cats have been all over this couch and it still looks perfect. So happy with this purchase!”

“La consegna è stata super rapida: in 4 giorni ho ricevuto il mio pacco e conteneva pure un biglietto di ringraziamento personalizzato! Vivo con 5 gatti ed ho scelto il tessuto anti graffio che per ora è intatto! Facile e intuitivo il montaggio e si lava molto bene. Unica piccola pecca il colore del tessuto: dal sito sembrava un bel grigio omogeneo, invece si tratta di una specie di mosaico di grigio chiaro e grigio scuro che lo fa apparire un po' "cheap".”

“We purchased the Crate and Barrel Lounge II 83" Sofa Slipcover in Minimalista Textured Weave Frost. The delivery was fast. The craftsmanship of the cover is great, and the fabric is highly durable but not soft touch. However, the color was slightly different from what was shown in the picture; it had more of a blue tone. Fortunately, we're not too particular about the color difference, but we would have preferred it to match the image exactly.”

Hey Yus! Glad to hear about how the covers turned out. We do try our best to get the rendered images to display the colours as accurately as possible, but even then, the way they appear on screen will vary from device to device. We'd recommend getting some fabric samples (https://comfort-works.com/pages/fabric-samples) to see the swatches in person.
