Pros: -The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent. -Buying a new slip cover from the original manufacturer would have cost about 4x as much as we paid for our Comfort Works covers. We bough two to have a backup. -The covers fit really quite well, definitely well enough to pass as original to the couch. Cons: -Measuring the couch and going back and forth with the sales person about little details was pretty tedious and time consuming. This cover was one Comfort Works hadn't created before and I appreciated they wanted to get the measurements just right. It took a lot of my time though. -The covers took 6 months to arrive from the time we ordered them. I'm sure the pandemic played into this, but it was still much longer than we expected. Overall, we're really happy and are glad we took a chance on this service!
