We love the two custom made slipcovers we purchased from Comfort Works! We received them within a reasonable timeframe, and the fit is great! The measurement process is clearly explained and customer service is attentive - especially as the process is actively in progress. We purchased fabric samples, which arrived promptly, and tested them as recommended. I am eager to get a new slipcover for one of our other sofas. I highly recommend Comfort Works - great quality, price and customer service!
