Customer service has been excellent, with delivery much as expected. However : The slip cover for the two seater sofa fits perfectly. The chair is another matter. I paid particular care to choose the low back version (there is a high back chair version as well). This cover does not fit well, it's back height and fit is all wrong for the chair, so there is excess material, which has to be stretched down and covered with cushions, leaving a "pleat". The sofa and chair are in a room which is not used much, but I fear it will cause irritation every time is is used.
