I had trouble finding replacement slip covers for a Pottery Barn Napa chair. Comfort Works made a customized order to my chair. After I requested an order, I got into contact via email with a knowledgeable person to help me take measurements. They followed up with several more requests to ensure the measurements were correct. It took some time for their production to make them, but when they arrived, they fit perfectly. The quality of material and seems were beyond expectations, but worth the wait.
