This cover has met all of my expectations and then some! We love our Karlstadt sectional and ottoman, so it was very important to find something that covered it nicely. Our cats destroyed the original fabric, so we selected claw-proof velvet for the cover. Packaging and construction of covers is very thorough and helped us with putting them on.
I’m also very grateful for the very responsive customer service team. I was hesitant to buy at first and your team was quick to respond and very helpful.
