Communication with CW was always promptly returned with friendly, accurate information. Product shipped exactly as was communicated, and got here unbelievably fast (COVID didn't seem to faze it at all!). Overall experience was so great it almost makes me wish we had another sofa to cover! Absolutely would recommend to anyone. 6/5 stars
