We are absolutely in love with our new covers from Comfort Works. The covers arrived as scheduled (approx 4-5 weeks after the order was placed). We ran into an issue with FedEx but Sulaica, in customer care, was on it as she noticed they hadn’t been delivered directly to our house. Not only did she alert me but she followed up to make sure the issue has been resolved within 24 hours. I had completely gotten to reach out to her to let them know they had! I was so impressed by their expediency and follow through with customer service. The covers look gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier. They definitely gave our affordable IKEA chairs a beautiful update!!
