After about 8 emails going back and forth, we were able to get the correct dimensions of our couch to Comfort Works. I mention the emails because the attention to detail is very clear. They wanted to make sure that we received the correct size. When our covers arrived we were concerned that they might be wrong, after all we kept sending measurements and we doubted our own skills with a tape measure. The covers arrived and they fit perfectly. I hate the color but I picked the color. The fabric is a change from our existing fabric but again, this is what we chose. Overall, this was a good experience and their customer service was beyond excellent. My choice in color was horrific so now I have to figure out if I should order new couch covers or buy a lot of nice pillows.
