I ordered a brown "leather" cover for my Ikea Poang. The process from order to deliver took about 6 weeks (as they originally estimated), and they kept me updated throughout. In the end FedEx delivered the package to the wrong address (entirely FedEx's fault), and Comfort Works' customer service was very helpful in getting it resolved, even though it wasn't their fault.
The product is great, and is seems very well made. It instantly improved the chair. Highly recommended!
