Ok ordered based on the excellent reviews in November 2020, however had a hiccup as my order didn’t progress any further after payment. TBF I put it down to Covid until I emailed in early March to query where my new chair cover was !! Sure enough someone forgot to press GO! That said as soon as I raised the matter I can’t fault the service- my order was fast tracked & I was give a small refund. I am very happy with my new IKEA cover for both the Stocksund armchair & ottoman. Cover fitted perfectly & looks so welcoming in our bedroom.
