First, the customer service is first rate. I have a PB Basic Sofa Mitchell and Gold and I required some "hand-holding" during the ordering process, which was readily given. The fit of the slipcovers is really quite good. My new covers do not have the zips at the corner/back of the couch that my PB Basic ones had, but I was still able to get it on. I will be following the fabric care instructions to the t, because if it shrinks, that will be a challenge. I don't have a "before" photo, but it was not the best green in the world and the "everyday suede" felt hot in the summer. The gray performance fabric with a hint of tweed is a true step up.
