Comfort works is a wonderful company - the communications I had with the team was always excellent. The product does take quite a while to make so be prepared to wait 7-9 weeks for delivery, However it is 100% worth it! I have a new couch and I’ve saved the environment from excess waste and saved myself buying a whole new couch!
