We ordered swatches first, which came VERY fast, and then eventually ordered a replacement cover in the claw-proof velvet, with extra armrest covers to help protect from our cats, and new mid-century-style legs, for our Karlstad Ikea corner sectional. Everything was great: customer service, delivery, quality, fit, look, and ease of use. Putting it on was like putting on an Ikea cover, and now it is like we have a brand new sofa, with nicer-looking legs.
