The Customer Service is very responsive. The delivery was on-time and it was easy to stay updated on the status of my order. The slip cover is of great quality. We are so happy to have given a new life to our couch. We never liked the dull brown colour, but that velvet blue is amazing and we now want to keep the couch for many more years!
