I have had a Pottery Barn basic chair for almost 20 years. The “white” (not anymore!) canvas cover was just DONE: stained and ripped and awful. But the chair was in great shape! We had decided to toss it/give it away, when my husband came across Comfort Works. The fabric samples were shipped and received within a week and when we ordered a slipcover? Despite the 3-4 week indicated turn around, we had it in a week! And it’s gorgeous! It fits perfectly and was half the cost of getting a new one at PB. THANK YOU!
