This was my third order with Comfort Works, and I’m just as thrilled as I was the first time. This slipcover was for the IKEA Ektorp ottoman, and it fits perfectly. The fabric is beautiful and I know now how durable it is, having had four other items covered in it. My house is so delightful with the facelift the furniture received for CW! The other thing to mention is the attentive and thoughtful customer service— so rare these days. It was a sincere pleasure communicating with the representative, and that alone would bring me back. The whole experience with this company has been stellar. Highly recommended!!
