First, the sample sent and the actual product received are not the same. But I still liked the slipcovers overall. Second, one of the sofa back cushions had a slight discoloration/stain right in the center. When i sent photos the next day asking for a replacement back cover to be sent, they refused. They told me to wash it myself or take it to a dry cleaner for reimbursement of $10 only upon receipt, further pictures post wash, and their approval if they thought it was bad enough to reimburse $10. Wow! I refused to wash them realizing I was now dealing with a company that does not back their customer satisfaction guarantee or their 3 year warranty on $800 custom slipcovers. They basically said, too bad then. If I won’t wash them that’s on me. Why would I risk possibly making the stain worse? There’s no way this company is going to replace it, that’s clearly evident. Not taking my chances. Plus their warranty is voided if stained. Well it arrived stained already. So, now I have one cushion stained that I’m stuck with, and no replacement. No warranty. No customer satisfaction guarantee. I have orders slipcovers from Bemz.com as well and definitely recommend them instead.
