This is what our “new” sofa cover looks like after only a couple of days’ use. This was supposed to fit the Hagalund IKEA sofa bed , but the fitting is clearly too loose, the fabric is thin and stretchy and it is definitely not worth the price I paid for it.
Customer service were very unhelpful, asking me to do all sorts of things e.g. taking pictures of the sofa with and without the cover from all angles (?), washing the cover and let it drip dry (during the winter in England?). Overall a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
