I have long wanted to replace my dark grey couch with something lighter and brighter. Though custom covers at Comfort Works are not cheap, I got quotes from local upholstery shops that custom make covers and Comfort Works came out to be the best priced. The whole process was great from getting swatch recommendations for fabrics opaque enough to hide the grey underneath to putting in my order to realizing I had given the wrong color name and frantically asking if they would be able to change it (Omar was very kind and patient about my error and fixed it before the order went into production). The couch cover came way faster than the estimated delivery. It fits perfectly and it looks amazing. I could not be happier.
