Customer service was excellent, ordering was easy. My only complaint is the fit is a little loose on the pillows even after washing and drying. The 4 star is for that , regarding the company they are 5 star. By the way , the price was 1/2 what I would have been Charged if ordering from a Rowe furniture dealer.
