I ordered a slipcover for my Ikea armchair and whilst the initial cover did not fit correctly, the customer service team and Jun Lin in particular bent over backwards to redesign the pattern and send replacements to ensure the fit is perfect. I’m so thrilled with the finished result. Highly recommend ⭐️
