They don't honor their return policy and sometimes their covers don't fit right. I would avoid the items with the trim because it just won't fit your sofa correctly and they won't exchange or refund you if it looks bad.
Also, their images on their website do not accurately reflect the look of the sofa.
The customer service policy has been a horrible experience. Literally, the worst I've ever experienced. Not the CS agent's fault as she's just doing her job.
