The process was so streamlined and customer service was amazing. I inquired via the website about getting a custom order as I was changing my old Ektorp with chaise to a sofa without the chaise (my dog chewed that section). I was going to trash the whole thing as it was old anyway, but instead opted to create a new cushion and order a new cover from Comfort Works. Jun was amazing via email, talking me through the process, double checking measurements to make sure everything was correct. I chose the claw proof rose velvet and it is so comfy and gorgeous! I’m so happy!
