The team was communicative and helpful throughout the order and production process. We're so pleased with the fit and quality of our slipcover, and the value can't be beat (we could have bought 4 of these for what Pottery Barn charges!). Delivery and production does take time, but the team was transparent about timelines, so we never felt frustrated. Would buy from them again!
