I have used Comfort Works several times to cover various ikea sofas and chairs and found them to be excellent. The last time I used them was to cover the ikea stocksund bench, but I wanted the covers to reach the floor which is different from the three quarter length offered on the website. They did this for a small extra charge and when what was sent to me didn’t quite match what I had asked for (the corner pleats had been omitted) they happily did it again. Mark, from customer service, has been extremely helpful, friendly and efficient in dealing with the issues and I am very pleased with the result.
