No response to emails after several weeks. I ordered a new cover just before Christmas and it arrived in a timely manner. Only problem was I broke my ankle and pulled two ligaments and could not wrangle the removal of the original (Ikea Kivik) cover. The Kivik is in two parts, and it was much too heavy for me move on one foot.
When I finally did, in late-March, the cover does not fit. I've reached out to customer service but no response. I assume I am just out luck with their 60-day policy. The broken ankle was frustrating, and this has only compounded the situation.
