This company is incredible !!!. From fabrication down to the customer service. They are very attentive and answer every question you may have . Rachel was extremely helpful in my experience this time around. This is my second slipcover from Comfort Works and the workmanship is chefs kiss 😘. I recently purchased a Crate & Barrel Unwind sectional sofa and wanted a cover that could be machine washed since we have 3 dogs and 3 humans in our household. Comfort Works delivered. They make the measuring task fairly easy and once the measurements go to production it was only a matter of weeks before I received my slipcover. If you are questioning if you should pull the plug or not..... do it. It is 100% worth it. Materials are beautiful and high quality and prices in my opinion are worth every penny. If you have kids and want a white sofa, or dogs that you want to invite up on the furniture with you then this is the way to go . No worries
